  • Choosing the right Comparison of means

Hello, I'm analyzing biological data where the output is a continuous variable. The tests consists of different treatments on plants which are then assessed for a level of disease (my output). If I plot a graph, all I get is a bunch of means with very large error bars that overlap each other. So, I'm trying to do the analysis with the little letters, to confidently be able to say which treatments ...

  • How to restrict profiler to not predict negative values? extrapolation control not showing up

Hi all, I am using the prediction profiler in JMP 16 Pro (DoE, Custom Design) and get negative values which are not reasonable in my case. I understood that limiting extrapolation could help, however I do not see the option in the drop down menu of the profiler. I also tried to save the prediction formula to a table, but could not find the function as well.

Hello! I am learning multiple linear regression using matrix form. I wondered if there is a way to transform the data into matrix form and perform operations such as transpose, multiplication, and inverse, to find the coefficients. I appreciate your help!
