  • Friedman post hoc analysis

Hello, I am trying to do a matched sample analysis across three different factors. I wanted to:1. Confirm that my sample would be what I pick for 'Block" when I do Fit Y by X when running Friedman's test2. Is there a post hoc analysis in JMP that I can use? I dont see Nemenyi or Conover as an optionThanks for your time.

  • Missing Y Response Variable Fit Model Proportional Hazards

I am trying to do some Survival analysis, where I am combining some analysis into one script.  So what I am trying to do, is they enter the columns into the Survival Platform, then I take those columns and use them in the Proportional Hazards Platform.  My script works great except for the Y, response, it will not find the Y response variable.   If I change Y( As Column( Ycolname ) ), to something...

  • Script Run Sequentially

I am trying to create my Save Estimates from my survival platform, then grab the estimates in the newly created table.  The problem is that it will not wait until the Survival table is created before executing the Output expression.  I have tried finish, wait, different orders, etc... and I cannot get this to work, any suggestions?  I have JMP 16.0 with MacBook. Names Default To Here( 0 ); Clear ...

  • How to take events into account correctly in a model?

    Hello everyone,
I would like to consult you for a modeling.
    I have a process with a response Y and parameters X1, X2, X3, etc.
The analysis of the process took place over a long period of 3 years. I would now like to gather all the data to analyze the process as a whole. The problem is that the machine associated with the process has experienced some changes and even some hazards during these 3 year...

  • Stability platform vs destructive degradation platform

What is difference between stability test platform and destructive degradation platform? Both the platforms will give information about the degradation and time when specified limit will be crossed.

  • Mixed Model Trouble

What is the issue with this data? I can't get any output for the fixed effects tests.I am performing a mixed model of a randomized complete block design. Rep is a random factor while S Rate and N Rate are continuous variables. I would like to see if S Rate or N Rate impact yield. Yield is also a continuous variable.   I can get output when I run it as a standard least squares with the reml method,...

  • Proportional Hazards Fit, Confidence Intervals for Risk Ratios

The Proportional Hazards Fit Procedure in JMP provides Risk Ratios together with Wald Test Type Confidence intervals. Is there a possibility to get profile likelihood based CIs as these are usually smaller compared to Wald based CIs?

  • Question about Kaplan Meier survival curves.

Hello, I'm very new to JMP software. I'm trying to generate Kaplan Meier survival curve for my research. So far, I made my data set like this (If I made a mistake about the below table for Kaplan Meier, let me know):Time (day)DiedCencor00012.67022031040.3305005241 After that, I used the Survival platform (Y=months, Censor=censor, and Freq=died). The result started with day 1. But I want to get thi...
