  • Agreement statistics with continuous variable

Hello,  I have a observation scale that calculate amount of times a behavior occurs which could be any where from 0 to 40+ so I assume it could only be a continuous variable. I am wanting to run agreement statistic but because both are continuous it won't let me do that in JMP. Any tips or tricks on how to get an agreement stats with continuous variables?

  • JMP > JSL > Best method to calculated signed Area Under the Curve for simple time series

Hi JMP Community,   I need to calculate the signed area under the curve for simple time series data (see mock data below). Specifically, I need to calculate the area (as shown in the graphs above) above zero as positive and below zero as negative, including local shift from positive to negative and reciprocally.   Examples: AUC for curve A = Positive Area 1 + Negative Area 2 + Positive Area 3AUC ...

  • What is the relevant output of Equivalence TOST Test pairwise comparison?

Hi,I want to conduct an analysis for comparing two groups with paired samples for similarities (they should be similar). My choice was the TOST Test with pairwise comparisons. My boundaries for no difference were 0.4. The output of the analysis is this:Does this mean that there is no difference between the groups as it says: mean difference 0.4 with p < 0.05 ?Sorry this is the first time I work w...

Hey! I am trying to automate the creation of some columns, which are always needed but the data that It'd take differs from table to table. The format of each table would stay the same but the amount of data could differ so this script should work no matter the amount. 1. I need to select all data of the column "Igtr_6V" where the TEMP is 25.2. I need to copy said data, create a new column, paste i...

  • Table variable slider affecting column formula incorrectly

Hi everyone, I am putting together a demo table that is supposed to domenstrate how a statistical test changes as the mean and difference in means between two groups shifts. In this table, I have 4 table variables, two which represent the mean of a reference group (POR) and two that represent as shift from that mean. There are two formula columns thatare dependent on these variables, but each colu...

Hello, I am trying to do a matched sample analysis across three different factors. I wanted to:1. Confirm that my sample would be what I pick for 'Block" when I do Fit Y by X when running Friedman's test2. Is there a post hoc analysis in JMP that I can use? I dont see Nemenyi or Conover as an optionThanks for your time.
