  • How to calculate REML Estimates of Varaince Componenets based on USP <1033> Biological Assay Validation?

Hello, I have encountered a problem with calculating the results from REML analysis based on the data and results presented in USP <1033>. I have trouble with computing the data in Table. 4 and getting the same results contained in Table 9. Is there a person who can handle this data and explain how to proceed in making the REML analysis using this example? Thanks!

  • Stability studies

Hi, Asking for ideas for analyzing data from a stability study with multiple compounds changing over time at different rates with many different types of samples included in the study.  Each data point is from a separate sample that has been aged for a given point in time.  Suggestions would be appreciated.

  • Process Capability Module with grouped spec limits

I am currently on JMP16 but looking to upgrade to 18 soon.

I have read some of the discussions on the topic. Basically, if we have a dataset with multiple parts that each have their own spec limits (for the same metrics) the way to evaluate them all at the same time is using the process screening platform and an associated spec limit table. If we were to try this in the Process Capability platform ...

  • Why are warnings not showing up in Control Chart?

Hi All, Thanks in advance for helping with what is probably a simple issue! One of my colleagues is trying to build control charts to track step yields at various unit operations for different drug product lots.  We have 7 lots thus far (A-G) and he'd like to use the first 6 to establish the control limits.  I built the control chart with the lots separated into two phases (A-F and G) and selected ...

Is there any way to force stacking of control charts using "by variables" as shown in the example below? Weirdly, when applied to my original table (not anonymized), the control charts appear all in one, horizontal row with a long, long scroll bar. I want what is shown below. Possible?

  • Bad Argument( Scriptable[] )

    Hello everyone,

I have a problem with my script, i want to do a study :
It's about filtering the IDs, avoiding IDs that are empty, equal to "-" or equal to "NOK". Then, these filtered IDs should be placed in a new table called dt_id_tri with the following columns: Ref Produit, Baie, and ID. After that, take a Ref Produit from the dataset and calculate the total number of duplicates (nb_total_doubl) ...

  • Namespace: check the other logs

No question, just for documentation. Perhaps somebody else faced/faces a similar problem. If the embedded log is enabled for a script window, error messages don't show up in the "official" log window. They are sent to the embedded log at the bottom of the script edit window. Very convenient. I just had a strange namespace error and couldn't understand why. An error helped me to understand the probl...
