  • Issue with the selection of the Data table

Hello, I hope you are doing well. This is a very long and unoptimized code to perform 2 subsets from two different data sets ("CL and Spec" and "Data set"). There is a text box to choose what rows to select according to the levels of the data sets. However, the issue is after the subset of the first data table is performed (data set named "CL and Spec"), the subset of the second data set (named "Dat...

  • Find new spec limits by adjusting the CpK value

Hi, I was curious that if JMP has a built in ability to where I could adjust the spec limits to various values (for like 100 parameters in my dataset) and see how it would change their CpK values in my dataset? If it is not currently available in jmp what would be the best way to do it? Thanks,Anchal

  • JMP response out of defined bounds

Hi everyone, I wanted to let you know that I am using the 'fit model' option in JMP with two response parameters out of which one is to maximize and other is to minimize, both are modelled together. On the first response (maximise) only lower bound (+ve number) is set whereas for the 2nd response (minimize), both the bounds, lower and upper (both bounds +ve numbers) are applied.
    However, I have obs...

  • advanced data filter arithmetics - just available if the column is "multiple response"?

Try a data filter with a column which is set to "multiple response".
Then the red triangle menu provides a large list of options:There is even a "none" in the list, which makes it possible to select  THIS, but not THAT :
(https://community.jmp.com/t5/Discussions/Conditional-Data-Filter-for-modeling-type-Multiple-Response/m-p/556062#M77004) Now the question:For columns which are non-multiple-response...

  • different 4PL models

JMP has three different 4P models to fit sigmodal curves, Logistic 4P and Logistic 4P Hill use Log concentration, and Logistic 4P Rodbard uses non-log concentration. Looking into the formulas, the sign of the Growth Rate (slope) from Logistic 4P and Logistic 4P Hill are opposite of those from classical 4PL definition and  4P Rodbard.  Can you help to explain why there is such a difference?Thanks! ...

  • Model classification thresholds add-in display "negative" probability

Hi, I've been looking at this add-in which is very useful.https://community.jmp.com/t5/JMP-Add-Ins/Exploring-Model-Classification-Thresholds/ta-p/66964 In our case we don't have a probability but instead we have a status and a measurement that ranges between -10 and 10.I want to adapt the script so that the slider can move between -10 and 10 (I've already done it and it works). However the "Probab...

  • Friedman post hoc analysis

Hello, I am trying to do a matched sample analysis across three different factors. I wanted to:1. Confirm that my sample would be what I pick for 'Block" when I do Fit Y by X when running Friedman's test2. Is there a post hoc analysis in JMP that I can use? I dont see Nemenyi or Conover as an optionThanks for your time.

  • JMP script: Script Alarm Control chart- Table with atypical batch number and values

Hello everyone,I am trying to make a table with the OOT (out of Trend) batches with their respective "atypical" values.I used for that the "script alarm" function as I could found some exemples on the JMP community. Here is my script:  z_KSigmaZ =1.4; // Création de la Carte de controle si N catégories > 5 Names Default To Here( 1 ); If(N Items(Associative Array(:"RNS/NS tordu (srg)")) > 5, Gr...
