• Predictive modeling options greyed out on Mac

  Some of my students using Macs with JMP PRO 17.2 are seeing all Predictive Modeling options other than Decision Tree greyed out, i.e. unavailable for use.  They also do not have the option to use a Validation column.  Can anybody advise me on how to correct this?  I'm not a Mac person, so am likely missing something obvious.Thanks.KDC

• Want to run the same tuning design table for multiple y-variables

  I'm running bootstrap forest as a predicative model. I have hyperparameters I like but want to run multiple times (ex. 500 replicates) to find the random forest that gives me the best validation r square. • How to screen easily the non significant of many factors(~200 columns) before to perform a mulitple regression.

  I have many factor (~200 columns) and one response,i have many measures.Most of this factors show colinearity between them,is there a simple way to perform a first filter of the not relevant factors?Then in the remaining i will perform a multiple regression.
