Can we have Monte Carlo simulation in regression parameters

Hello: I was just wondering if there is a way to incorporate Monte-Carlo simulation in regression parameters.I guess once I have the regression equation I can run a Monte-Carlo simulation by specifying a distribution for each parameter and get the distribution of the output parameter.
