JMP HTML - graph builder

Hi, I have a script in which i save as interactive HTML file. All the "regular" graphs look fine, but the charts built in graph builder dimentions are not right, and look too high for the length. Anyone know how to fix this? I'm using JMP15. Thanks!

Creating a new column from 2 columns with a formula

Hi, Can someone help me write a code in JMP to recreate Column 3 in the attached file. Column 3 was derived from columns 1 and 2. Basically if Column 1 is "PM01" and Column 2 is "A01" or "B01" or "C01" or "D01" or "E01" or "F01", then Column 3 will be "Lot 1" and so on. Best,Meda

Native JMP support for once-class SVM classifier or the SVDD implementation in SAS?

Is it possible to do one class SVM classifiers for novelty detection natively in JMP? Something comparable to SAS SVDD (support vector data description) implementation. I have multivariate continuous data. If not then are multivariate control charting techniques and outlier analysis tools sufficient for my purpose?

Hi,

I understand that the contouring is done based on triangulation to data points, but is there a method for expanding them further to fit a custom SHP file I've imported into JMP? I've already set the alpha and the lowest value so the contour should cover the, 'most', area. Any other methods? Thanks!

Getting all Zeros for the AR(1) estimate/std error in a Repeated Measures Mixed Model Using JMP Pro

I am fitting a model of a continuous response against 7 fixed effects. When running the Standard Least Squares; my residuals plots/assumptions checks don't look too bad but the Durbin Watson test is suggesting an AR(1) structure in the residuals. Export Functional Data Explorer prediction formula

Hi,I want to export the prediction formula generated by Functional Data Explorer either to Excel or Python (via Formula Depot), but there is a problem because the formula contains P Spline Coef() interpolation, which I think is not available in Excel or in Python libraries. Ive been using JMP on the Mac for a few years and now have to us the PC version (JMP® 16.1.0 (539038)
