Enable Graphic Elements for Axis Customization in Graph Builder Scripts

Hi JMP Community,

I would like to propose an enhancement to the scripting of Graph Builder plots which would enable the addition of simple graphic elements (line, boxes, arrows...) to the Axis region (AxisBox) of the graph (the current GB scripts are limited to the GrahBox region).
