overview
Starting in JMP 18.2, Unauthorize... has been added to the JMP Help menu.
[Unauthorize...] deletes the license information stored on your PC after you perform the initial startup procedure. If you perform [Unauthorize...] , you will be prompted to perform the initial startup procedure again the next time you start JMP.
You can use [Unauthorize...] if, for some reason, you have changed the email address used to authorize JMP and would like to sign in with the new email address.
Note 1: If you change your email address and want to use JMP with the new email address, your organization's JMP software administrator must follow the steps to manage users and your new email address must be approved by the JMP software administrator.
Note 2: To find out which version of JMP you're using, go to the JMP menu and choose Help > About ( JMP > About JMP on macOS).
