I have performed an experiment where I have three responses. I would like to simultaneously optimize all of their desirability indexes using the Prediction Profiler. In the example in the documentation https://www.jmp.com/support/help/14/example-of-desirability-profiling-for-multiple-r.shtml this happens automatically. However when I try it with my data each response variable is considered separately. I can’t seem to figure out how to get it to consider them all together. Any help would be appreciated.

I found the answer. I doesn't profile as a group by default.
To get it to do so, after building a model uisng the 'Effect Screening' emphasis, the top-most red triangle is next to 'Fit Group'. From this menu, select 'Profiler'. The combined profiler can then be found at the bottom of the window.
