Are all p-values in JMP two-tailed? including Tukey's posthoc test?

Are you talking about the All Pairs, Tukey HSD in a oneway analysis using Fit Y by X?
As a quick answer: No, not all p-values in JMP are two-tailed. For example, the simple t-test in the oneway analysis has p values for two- and one-sided tests.
