Wondering if anyone else has seen this and has a solution?

1. Start JMP (V14, 15, 16beta)

2. Open a new script window by clicking on the JSL toolbar icon

3. Right-click inside the script window

JMP proceeds to hang. Happens in 64-bit Windows 10 environment, Lenovo laptop, Dell optical USB mouse.

Doesn't occur in our Citrix JMP environment.

It was the security software that we use. I had to give JMP some sort of permissions and now it works.

You should contact JMP tech support for your issue - that's what I did and they helped me resolve it.

Sorry - I didn't "give JMP perimission". I had to give the security software permission to allow JMP to work.

I often do exactly what you describe but never experience a crash.

did you find a resolution? I am having trouble on my new laptop. I cannot scroll through the column list on the distribution analysis window
