Hi everyone,

I am currently running a repeated meausres test that compares 5 measurements taken over time within subjects that are divded into 4 treatment groups. I ran the test and it appears as though there is a difference between the groups. Is it possible/is there a way to do a pairwise comparison to determine which groups/when there are significant differences that occur?

Thank you for your help!

Solution

No, not with the MANOVA platform. You can, though, with the equivalent split-plot analysis. Open the Sample Data folder. Select and open the Animals data table. Run the Repeated Measures Model table script. The red triangle menu contains the Estimates group of commands where you will find Custom Tests and Multiple Comparisons.
