Hi all !

This is my first post on these forums!

I'm doing some analysis and I need to do Wilcoxon test on some variable, a lot trust me.

So I was wondering how to extract the data I need most, as P value and other variables.

First I show the code I'm using:

X_var is numeric ordinal, only two groups 0, 1

Y_var is numeric continuous, from 0 to 300

My_cut is numeric ordinal, onyl two groups 0, 1

Oneway(

Y( :Y_var ),

X( :X_var ),

Means and Std Dev( 1 ),

Wilcoxon Test( 1 ),

Mean Error Bars( 1 ),

Std Dev Lines( 1 ),

Where( :My_cut == 1 ),

SendToReport(

Dispatch( {"Means and Std Deviations"}, "Std Err Mean", NumberColBox, {Hide( 1 )} ),

Dispatch( {"Means and Std Deviations"}, "Lower 95%", NumberColBox, {Hide( 1 )} ),

Dispatch( {"Means and Std Deviations"}, "Upper 95%", NumberColBox, {Hide( 1 )} ),

Dispatch( {"Wilcoxon / Kruskal-Wallis Tests (Rank Sums)"}, "Score Mean", NumberColBox, {Hide( 1 )} ),

Dispatch( {"Wilcoxon / Kruskal-Wallis Tests (Rank Sums)"}, "1-way Test, ChiSquare Approximation", OutlineBox, {Close( 1 )}

) ) );

I want to extract the output of means table, for the Y_variable respect the division for X_var == 0 and X_var == 1, and the Wilcoxon output, p-value

I'm asking this since i need to do it a lot of times.

So I'm looking ahead to extract variables and put them into a summary table like this one:

N.cases Y_var mean Y_var std dev P_Value

X_var1==0

X_var1==1

X_var2==0

X_var2==1

......

......

X_varN==0

X_varN==1

Thanks a lot to everyone !
