Slopes

Hello everyone, I have a graph of this sort (attached Image) and I want to find M (slope) of the drop from the peak. How can I possibly find the slopes of these two on JMP?Pls help, Thank you

Overlay different plot type for different data set

I want to have a scatter plot for dataset 1 and line plot for dataset 2 in a single plot or graph builder. It is more like the way we can change the plot type for different dataset in excel, when both dataset are plotted in a single graph. Any idea how to do that in graph builder

How to design a DOE covering 3 systems, 8 factors and 6 products resulting in one optimal setting?

I'm designing a DOE design with 7 variables that are all continuous. My expectation is 2 of these factors will probably have an optimum curve that is not linear, I also expect interactions between my variables. He had reef corals in aquaria and wanted to see under which conditions they grow best.
