view all learning resourcesHi all,I would like to do a normal quantile transformation for my data, because it is not normally distributed and I cannot do a 3-way ANOVA on it.I read a suggestion to do the normal quantile transformation and then run the 3-way ANOVA on this.First, is this appropriate?Second, can I do this analysis in JMP?
I have a problem to fix the decimal place in Y-axis label.Here is my problem.1. I want to get two decimal places in Y-axis label.2. I set the decimal place using Axis setting, and selected Fixed Dec with Dec=23. And then, graph was applied with 2 deciaml places.4. After the confirmation, I saved setting and scritp was also confirmed.5. Close the window, and re-run the script, the decimal place was...
Greetings: I'm new to split plot designs, understand the basic structure and application. Does one ever include center points in such a design to detect curvature? I've searched and searched, but haven't been able to find an answer. I suspect the answer is "No", but if anyone out there can refer a document or has an answer, I'd love to know the reason. Cheers, Bruce
Hi,
I have a dataset of ~2000 individuals stratified by 3 categories (gender/age/ethnicity). I want to get, "pooled", values for these individuals by taking ~8 individuals from each gender/age/ethnicity and finding the average. A caveat is that there are more individuals in certain category bins than the others. Attached is a breakdown of all the individuals I got and their grouping. For instance,...

I made a scatter plot with three variables on the x axis as shown below, but the label for the the axes (xC/ xB / xA) are at the bottom which can be unintuitive. I was looking a way to get the labels for the x axis to the left of each x-axis i.e xA on the left of "A1 A2 A1 A2...", xB on the left of "B1 B2...." and so on, so that it forms sort of a hierarchical table. (I am new to jump, so not sur...
Hi All,
I need some help in doing a calculation based on two separate data sets. First data set has different values in different columns. And in 2nd table, there are three main character columns. Now based on a these three columns and based on matching other conditions, we need to perform subtraction operation in first table and results need to be store in a new column in first table.
Something lik...
Dear JMP experts,I'm doing a dual-lens design DOE to couple lights into a fibre array. My goal is to look at the yield of the system when taking into account both the manufacturing tolerances and decenter and tilt of both lenses. I have 15 factors and 4 responses in the DOE. The 4 responses CE1, CE2, CE3 and CE4 correspond to the coupling efficiency of each fibre in the fibre array. I tried to use...
Dear All,I have been analysing a two factorial (3*4) RCBD repeated measures design by using the mixed model approach in JMP. Above is a section of the report I got. Why are the estimates zero. Other information include about the analysis include:1. 14 continuous variables measured four times at unequal time periods2. All the three covariance structures I tried (AR1, Toeplizt and spatial power) had...
Is there a better way rather than iteration of all the rows to validate values in column? Let's say before making something with the column I want to make sure that all values in column match specific Regex. Like so:!IsMissing(Regex(Column(myColumn)[1], "^\w+(\d{3})\w+$", "\1"))
I can iterate through each row to make sure that all of them match, but maybe there is a better way?
HI, How to find estimators of FGNLS and NLS (Seemingly Unrelated Regressions) Using JmpPro.# Note that it is present in SAS in the proc syslin
and it is in stat in the nlsur command Regards
Hello, I am trying to do a matched sample analysis across three different factors. I wanted to:1. Confirm that my sample would be what I pick for 'Block" when I do Fit Y by X when running Friedman's test2. Is there a post hoc analysis in JMP that I can use? I dont see Nemenyi or Conover as an optionThanks for your time.
Hello everyone,I am trying to make a table with the OOT (out of Trend) batches with their respective "atypical" values.I used for that the "script alarm" function as I could found some exemples on the JMP community. Here is my script: z_KSigmaZ =1.4;
// Création de la Carte de controle si N catégories > 5
Names Default To Here( 1 );
If(N Items(Associative Array(:"RNS/NS tordu (srg)")) > 5,
