  • R&R Study MSA 4th Edition x JMP

When I take the R&R data in the MSA 4th edition manual and put it in the JMP to redo the studies, the results don't match. Has anyone done this validation, could they send me a video or images, I believe I'm doing something wrong.   Thanks

  • Box's M Test for homogeneity of covariance?

Hi, I'm working on a homework assignment for a statistics class and I'm tasked with finding whether the data set violated the assumption of homogeneity of covariance for a repeated measures split plot setup. I'm using JMP Pro because it's free through my university, however, the lesson material is structured for using SPSS (which is highly not free). I've been searching high and low for how to do ...

  • Pass items from calculated statistics to specific coordinates in a saved data-table

I generate several charts with calculated statistics. I would like to pass on specific calculated statistical parameters e.g. the minimum, median and maximum from Quantiles and Std Dev from Summary Statistics to specific coordinates in a saved data-table using JSL.For example I would like pass onminimum Quantile to row 5, column 7median to row 5, column 8maximum Quantile to row 5, column 9Std Dev ...

  • two or more x and y graph on one graph

    Hello,
I have two series of x and y points.
For example: first series : x1=[1,2,3],y1=[0.9,0.7,0.6]
Secend:   x2=[3.5,6.7,4.3],y2=[1,2,3] Is it possibale to put them on the same graph? meaning I'll have one graph with both x1 vs y1 and x2 vs y2, but without  x1 vs y2 and x2 vs y1?

    Thank you in advance

  • Time Series Modelling: Concentrations

    Hi all,
I'm looking to discuss the best modelling approach in JMP Pro 16 to predict time series concentrations of chemicals in individual samples extrapolated to today's date. Although the time series function in JMP will predict a spread of data illustrating the range at which the time series will fall under, I want to get more quantitative and predict what individual sample concentrations would ...

  • Cox proportional hazards model for threshold

Hi, Can JMP run the following analysis? A Cox proportional hazards model for each threshold (continuous drug concentration data) was fitted to the data, and the threshold that provided the best fit to the data (i.e., lowest Akaike information criterion [AIC]) was selected as the threshold for dichotomization (time to event, PFS). Find the threshold (concentration) that provide the best dichotomiza...

  • DoE with two-choice experiments, continuous response variable

We want to rank the preference  of population of animals for n different recipes. Recipes are tested in two-choice assays, where groups of over 100 individuals can choose one choice or the other. Preference for the group is computed as a preference index, a continuous variable that is between -1 and 1. Is there an experimental design that would help reduce the number of combinations to test in ord...

  • Changing axis scale with superscripts

I'm wondering how to change my axis scale with superscripts. I am using unicode font to write the superscripts but I am having trouble applying the superscripts to my axis. I want the minimun to be 10⁻¹⁰ and maximum to be 10⁻³. I have attached scrrenshots below of what I'm stuck on. I'm thinking I need to use a custom format but I can't figure it out. Y axis scale needs to be LOG.
