Problem with the new built-in UMAP feature

Hi, I've testing both t-SNE and UMAP embedding features in Jmp Pro 17.1 release. t-SNE performs flawlessly, but UMAP just makes the program closes inmediatly as I run the analysis. Jmp closes suddenly without any error prompt or log, no matter the number of samples analyzed (50, 100, 300, etc) or settled parameters. How do I write a simple division formula in JMP using different values from the same column?

Hello, I'm trying to create a simple division formula to subtract my target gene value from the reference gene. In excel I take values from the same column and divide every second number in the row with the previous value. Its very simple in excel but I can't figure out how to do it in JMP. Hi All,I was finding if there is any way through which we can change the length of whisker in box plot. As of now in standard box plot in Graph builder of JMP the length of whisker of whisker is 1.5 IQR, say I want to change the length. Error in predictive modeling

Hello, Does anyone know what this error means and how I can fix it? I'm trying to run ridge regression using JMP Genomics 10.2. I am trying to run 3 predictive models. When using Genomic BLUP it gives me an error that I have to use marker properties, when I use marker properties it gives me another error that the allele was not found. Any suggestions? Thanks,Ela

Why does Clear Log(), also prevent anything after it from being printed in the log?

Why does Clear Log(), also prevent anything after it from being printed in the log?We are trying to pull a log file for each execution of the script. There is a clear log() at the top of a script, and a save log() at the end. For some reason when the clear log() is run, this prevents anything from being saved into the log file.
