Why does Clear Log(), also prevent anything after it from being printed in the log?We are trying to pull a log file for each execution of the script. There is a clear log() at the top of a script, and a save log() at the end. For some reason when the clear log() is run, this prevents anything from being saved into the log file.
Let's say column called Lot has 3 different entries. And that I wanted to add a logic to create a column called "Box Start" that checks which box runs on sequence 1 and copies that information for all entries of that lot in a column called "Box Start" like how it is done below. How can I design a for loop to perform this operation?LotSequenceBoxBox StartA1aStarts on aA2bStarts on aA3a Starts on aA...

Hello,
I am analyzing an experiment where test variation had statistically significant results for some outcomes during 2nd and 3rd weeks with a difference of 20-30%, but had insignificant results for the other 2 weeks (1st and 4th) with a difference of ~0%.
How can I address the interpretation of these observations?
What is the appropriate statistical method to choose to check if the difference in o...
Hi, I updated the Cpk color codes at conditional formatting in Preferences > Reports > Conditional format rule > Capability Index. After the change is made, I clicked Apply and Okay to close the window. However, the color codes will return to default after I restart JMP 17. I had to update the conditional formatting again. How do I save this for good in JMP 17? I don't have this issue in JMP 16. ...

The average at other area hospitals was between 17 to 19 percent. To investigate the situation, WorldBest wants to set up a control chart to monitor the number of C-Sections every month. 1. What type of control chart s...
I'm working with a large dataset with a single continuous number column and then multiple nominal columns. I need to understand the % delta (or % difference) in the number column as a result of toggles in the nominal columns. With the Fit Y by X platform, I can readily add a function to provide the raw difference (as with the t test function), but I can find nothing for the % delta I'm needing. And...
I am trying to hover over values to get the provided explanations, but it won't work because my mouse cursor keep changing into the regular white windows cursor. I only have the black cursor when hovering over certain things (like graphs) but I want it to be active for the entire window. Is there anyway to fix this? Edit: Nevermind, the white cursor works fine. I saw in another discussion that I j...
