  • drag and drop in the summary table command

In JMP 16, in the summary table window, one can drag and drop entries in the "group" list to change the order of the entries.
But drag and drop does not work for entries in "Statistics" list. In JMP17, one can als drag and drop entries in the statistics list, but the effect is unexpected:
Instead of changing the order, the dragged items get deleted. Is this behaviour intended? To detele an entry, o...

  • How to best perform cluster analysis on spiral data?

Hi, I would like to know which clustering platform, available in either JMP or JMP Pro is best suited to identifying clusters from these spiral data.  Using HDBSCAN I can correctly identify the clusters as illustrated below but I would like to use JMP if possible:  Table script attached. Thanks jpol

Hello everyone,I just want to add "by hands" control limits to a variable, but the issue is that the limits are not constant and vary according to the sample studied.Do you know if it is possible to put on the same graph points (from the variable) and lines (from the control limits)? Thank you in advance,Regards

  • Plotting multiple classifier ROC curvers in one plot in JMP Pro

I have 4 sets of numeric continuous data that I used for regression analysis. Now, I performed ROC analysis using "Fit Y by X" option of "JMP Pro" for each set of data which generated me 4 seperate AUC curves and graphs of ROC in the "JMP Pro" program.I obtained these curves using the following steps (image 2 and image 3) My question is, how can I generate all of these graphs in one plot? What I mea...

  • Linear mixed model not showing "Random Effect" noise in simulator/monte carlo

I have fit a Mixed Model via the Fit Model platform in JMP Pro. When opening up the 'Prediction Profiler', and inspecting the Profiler itself, I can see the as expected predicted response and its as expected confidence interval in [], which reflects the variation due to the Random Effects I have fit.  However, when I run the 'Simulator' with equal experimental variables as above, and after adding ...

Hi,when I generate images within a project the window size attribute is ignored (the plot is always maximized). How do I prevent this to define a specific image size, esp. when the plots are saved? Best regards,Ole @martindemel
