  • All pairs comparison in Fit curve platform

Hi, In the attached example I have different several samples belonging to 5 difference groups. I run the Fit curve platform to extrapolated the slope. Then, I would like to make all pairs comparison between the slopes. However, I can only find the compare parameter estimate which compares the different slopes against the average slope. How can I run an all pairs comparison?

  • Add a Custom Button or Embed Data Filter into Custom UI

    Hi,

Is it possible to add a custom button to the Data Filter that I can use to create a subset data table for the selected data? Alternatively, is there a way to embed the Data Filter into my existing UI so I can include buttons and other controls in a unified interface, rather than having the Data Filter appear as a separate window? I don't want to reinvent the wheel by implementing the conditiona...

Hi everyone, I would like to sort my data based on whether the value in one column matches the value in another column. Both columns are numeric (continuous scale). What kind of formula should I use in a new column to check for this equality? For context, I am trying to identify cases where "Total Number of Biopsies" (Column A) is equal to "Number of Positive Biopsies" (Column B). My goal is to fi...
