  • How to refer to data tables within a project?

Hi! I have a jmpprj file with multiple tables in it. To make it easier for users, I've created a journal within the project with script buttons to launch specific analyses. What is the best way to point to the dt in the script below? Open()? Other? If Open(), what is the correct file path (I am planning on sending this jmpprj file to many people and need the script to run "anywhere")How to ensure ...

  • On Open script to save file

I'm pretty new to JMP scripting.  Here's what I'm attempting to do.
When I open a .jmp file, I have an On Open script.  This opens a datatable, generates a control chart, and saves the chart to an HTML file.

I'm getting this message.  Is there any way to bypass this message?

  • Can I Transfer Information from Curve Fitting Module to Main Table?

Hello!  I have a very large dataset and I want to evaluate the difference between drugs among different groups (eg. I am evaluating the efficacy of a drug within different patients and against four different cancer targets). I was able to gain some helpful information by fitting a Gompertz 4P model to my data using the curve fitting workspace in JMP 17 but I would like to visualize some of the rea...

  • Graph Builder: How to toggle off the overlay for different y-axes?

Hey Everyone, This is not so much of a question rather me posting this so that the information is available online I was having trouble using graph builder. My current chart uses two y-axes to compare two different data types. The problem I was running into was that the overlay variable wanted to split both of my y-axes' data into the groups associated with that variable (My overlay variable was "...

  • Multinomial Logistic Regression Confidence for Specific Parameter Changes

Hi,  I have a multinomial logistic regression of 3 classes: 0, 1, and 2 and have associated individual models (via Fit Y by X) for N parameters. I am now looking into a sensitivity like study in which each parameter is assumed at certain levels (e.g. at min, max etc..). I have probabilities computed at each such parameter level. I like to rank order probability change in each class (0, 1 and 2) du...

  • Flame graphs

Out of curiosity, has anyone ever managed to create something like a flame graph ( https://www.brendangregg.com/flamegraphs.html ) using Graph Builder? It looks like it would be ideal for analyzing hierarchical data, e.g. using the output of a linux "find . -ls" command to visualize disk usage.
