Bar chart Label size/position
Hi,how can I adjust the size and/or position of the label e.g. "label by value" in a stacked bar chart? In terms of the screenshot below the label of the green area is missing. I think because of the height but how can I still show it?Thanks

Adding Axial and Centroid Runs to Simplex Lattice and Centroid Designs
Hi, does JMP support augmenting simplex lattice and centroid designs with axial and centroid points? I noticed that when I augment a simplex lattice design the 'axial runs' augmentation is disabled. In JMP documentations I have scanned thru it seems like JMP is only allowing an axial run augmentation if a screening design was used?

Animals Split plot DOE - Proposal Split Plot
In addition to foregoing discussion regarding the Animals case and after reading two excellent jmp webcasts below, please find in attachment a proposal for a split-split plot DOE set up using Custom design. Factor "Season" is very hard to change and "Species" hard to change. We are interested in the Season and Species Fox/Coyote effect and their interaction on miles run . Agree with this proposal?...

Question regarding format of categorical variables in Fit Model
Good afternoon, I am trying to model a single response with 5 continous predictors and 2 categorical predictors (one two-level and one three-level), with two-way interactions and quadratic effects. The data was collected during a experiment desgined with the "Custom Design". Using the Stepwise Regression personality in Fit Model, I've obtained a model usign the Minimize AICc/BIC stopping rules. In...

How do I analyse repeated measurements with different starting values?
I need to analyse egg data, multiple measurements in time, but the starting value between the two groups was very different. I want to take this into account, so maybe include as covariable or so, but do not know how to in JMP.

Get formula for "Mean Confidence Interval" from Fit Model for mixed effect model
Hi all, when fitting a model (fixed effects model) for the results of a designed experiment by Standard Least Squares, I have the opportunity to not only save the Prediction Formula as a column to the data table, but also the Mean Confidence Limit Formula. When fitting a mixed effects model (REML), however, I could save the Mean Confidence Interval to the data table, but not the formula. Is anyone a...

Model classification thresholds add-in display "negative" probability
Hi, I've been looking at this add-in which is very useful.https://community.jmp.com/t5/JMP-Add-Ins/Exploring-Model-Classification-Thresholds/ta-p/66964 In our case we don't have a probability but instead we have a status and a measurement that ranges between -10 and 10.I want to adapt the script so that the slider can move between -10 and 10 (I've already done it and it works). However the "Probab...

wrap: hide sub-titles?
In GRaph Builder, "wrap" is a nice option to split a data set into small pieces and generate many sub-plots.
But sometimes, the window is just filles with the "titles" of the sub-plots an there is no space left for the plots.
Is there an option to hide the titles of the subplots?
In the "wrap" context menu, there is an option to remove the "title" (here: "data"), but not the sub-titles.
And in the red...hogi

How to transform least square means from Turkey table after box cox transformation
Hello Everyone, I am running a three-way ANOVA with data expressed in percentage, but the data set is not normal. Since I have zeros, I first add a constant 0.00001, then I fit the model, and in the least square fit window, I used the box cox transformation to do a better fit. I know if I ask to save the predicted values, it will save the back-transformed data, but is there an option for JMP to sa...

JMP Pro, Dantzig selector: how do I improve computational time
Hello JMP community members. Concerning the use of the Dantzig selector on big and sparse datasets.I wondered what features would be at disposal to tune the computational time.Right now it takes about 40 minutes to get a result back for a problem with 380 rows and 149 non-singular parameters. This makes me wonder about the options available to tweak the computation time. I was thinking about redu...
