  • Determination of product specs by Stability Results

I would ask an help for the following problem.
I got data from a stability study of my product.
By using the tool Reliability and survivor> Degradation I got a prediction of the expiration date based on the spec that I have now.
In order to extend this expiration data I cuould need to change the spec.
    For example
-my product spec say: not less than 100 Pa
-I have product in stability that at time 0 have...

  • When forcing intercept to zero, why JMP does not provide R-squared?

Hello, I have some questions.  When I have a linear model in JMP, I want to force intercept to zero. So, In Fit Special,  I chose "Constrain Intercept to 0" then I got the new output from JMP. My questions are1) why JMP does not provide R-squared when intercept becomes zero? 2) R-squared is calculated by SSR/SST, can I calculate R-squared by myself using the data JMP provides? If I calculated by my...

  • Hazard function

How can I estimate chronological analysis of Hazard rate using Hazard function, like "muhaz package" in R. Dosen't JMP have any such functions?

  • Cross terms and risk ratios - Cox Proportional Hazard

Hi everyone,Hope you are all having a good day. I was wondering how I deal with cross terms and risk ratios in Cox Proportional Hazard models. For example, A and B are not significant, but A*B is. But in the output I only get the risk ratios for A and B. And there is no profiler which would have been my next step.  Any advice greatly appreciated. Best regards,Greg

  • Obtaining Log-Log Survival plots in JMP

Hello everyone ... was hoping you could give me a couple pointers on an analysis.

I've got a dataset with a survival time, a censor column, and some other variables.  I'm trying to get the log-log survival plot from the dataset and I'm not sure where this chart is generated.  I can generate the Product Limit (Kaplan) plot but I don't see anything there to explore out to the Log-Log.  Any ideas?

  • Comparing mortality/survival rate among treatments

What is the best method to analyze percent mortality or percent survival (100-mortality) data? I am providing a mock data set. I place 20 animals in a cage and at the end of the study I count the number of live animals and the difference from 20 is the dead animals. The experimental design is a complete randomize block design and I want to use block as either a random effect, covariable, or other ...
