  • Comparing mortality/survival rate among treatments

What is the best method to analyze percent mortality or percent survival (100-mortality) data? I am providing a mock data set. I place 20 animals in a cage and at the end of the study I count the number of live animals and the difference from 20 is the dead animals. The experimental design is a complete randomize block design and I want to use block as either a random effect, covariable, or other ...

  • Survival

    Hello, everyone,
how should I build the file
to calculate a survival analysis. In my file i have

    dead_treatment,
    alive_treatment and
    alive_treatment censored 0=living
1=deadThe way I built the file will not take the dead_treatment into account...Total Number T=1 is 120 and T=2 114
with T=1 live 41 and are 79 dead
    ...

  • How can I construct a Simple Time Series Prediction Using Column Formulas?

Hello Everyone!  I'm working with a friend of mine who is  a covid-19 data analysis and trending enthusiast and a quality/reliability control engineer  He and I both have an avid interest in basic model prediction for the purposes of putting some simple trend lines based on linear least squares confidence intervals -- I've been fumbling over his sample dataset where he his doing prediction in MS E...
