  • Possible Trend Analysis

Hello! I have compiled some data regarding QC of some our materials. I wanted to see if it was possible JMP to analyze data like pH, slope, absorption etc. and see nay common trends in multiple samples.  We have about 8 samples for which we have about 6 continuous factors for each of the samples  Looking forward to responses !

  • Nearest Neighbor Algorithm: Need Optimization Help

Hi Everyone, I have created the following script. It is meant to analyze a data table where each row corresponds to a chip in a wafer, and each row has a coordinate (x,y) and some parameters. The script will go through each row, look for other rows that correspond to dies that are "neighbors" to this die, and calculate the median and standard deviation of some parameter for that neighborhood. The ...

  • Standardization required in Multivariate?

I'm trying to perform an outlier analysis (Mahalanobis distance) in Multivariate. Do I need to standardize (normalize all values to the same scale, for example, -1 to 1) all values before executing the analysis, or does JMP do that for me automatically? Thanks.
