  • Radio Button Multiple Columns

    I would like a single radio box with two vertical columns of four buttons each. The user could select one of the eight buttons only. Is there a way to do this?  I tried to make to radio boxes (one for each vertical column) and then Group them together, but it does not seem to work. Thanks

  • When there is no interaction, can I use multiple comparison such as LSD or Tukey test?

    I have three factors - Genotype (5 levels), Nitrogen (2 levels), and manipulation (2 levels). I'm interested in the combination of three factors. I'd like to check how average grain weight responds to defoliation under the different nitrogen conditions. When I analyze it as the full factorial, there was no interaction among genotype x nitrogen x manipulation.  However, I want to indicate the diffe...

  • Why does the Default DoE Custom Design have so little sampling of middle levels?

    When doing a Custom Design, sometimes middle levels (other than the highest and lowest) are specified, so it is more than 2 levels. However, Custom Design Default design tends to suppress sampling of these middle levels, putting most weight on the highest and lowest of each parameter. How is this determined? Can we specify to add more in the middle?

  • DOE question

    Hi everybody, I am quite a beginner regarding DOE and I have a small question.Basically let's say that I have an experiment with several factors. In particular I want to test a component which has two possible levels and I would like to test several concentrations ( 0, 10, 20 or 40). Therefore I created my design with a categorial factor (Component: A, B) and a discrete numeric one (Concentration:...

    In JMP14, i am using code     r = dt << Get Rows Where( name("sex") == "M" );   But it does not work in JMP15. I cannot change code at this point as it is used many places in the code. have seen previously also with newer releases previous JMP JSL is not compatible, face the issue again.   dt = Open( "$SAMPLE_DATA/Big Class.jmp" ); r = dt << Get Rows Where( :sex == "M" ); Show( r );

  • Sub-sampling data analysis in JMP

    In Biology (Plant Sci. and Agriculture) usually we have sub-sampling data for replicates. It's very difficult to analyze these data in commonly use Stat S/W (SPSS/Minitab) because MSS(Error) is calculating wrongly.  Without taking averages of samsamples, the easiest S/W for this is using JMP and I need some assistance for this. I've found very useful Youtube video about subsampling in JMP  (CRD: S...
