PLS Modeling with mixture components

I made a PLS on a 6 component mixture; as Design Roles I specified all components as mixture; However, when maximizing desirability to find optimal composition, the profiler does not treat the factors as mixture components cfr. below; How to switch the PLS factors to mixture components? Will this also the case when I use ML predictive modeling?

I am attempting to use the Space Filling Design with constraints. The constraint I am using in the dialog is ('Power (W)'/'Top N2 flow')>70 I use fast flexible Filling Design and select 60 runs. Sample size for Reliability Life Test

I have used the interval explorer for parametric reliability life test planning for sample size calculation of accelerated life test. Please can someone confirm if the sample size returned is the total sample size or sample size per stress levels?
