How do I conduct common factor analysis and principal component analysis with a correlation matrix?

Hello: I would like to know how to input a correlation matrix (or covariance matrix) into JMP to conduct a common factor analysis (or principal components analysis). I cannot find any examples in the documentation or anywhere. I am sure somebody has done it before in JMP. Can you post your solution? Thanks Narayanan

One sided tolerance interval formula

I have a data set and I determined the one-sided upper tolerance interval using JMP, using a 95/95%. For work, I need to do it in excel, does anyone have the formula for the one-sided tolerance interval, so I do it in excel, as new data comes in. I was able to determine the two-sided tolerance interval, but not one-sided. Thank you Andrea

Power Explorer for Two Independent Sample Equivalence

Does anyone have a case study of the use of the Power Explorer for Two Independent Sample Equivalence? Ideally, the case study would demonstrate it's use for scale-up from future pilot line trials to eventual full production. I ask this because there doesn't seem to be an example and/or sample data file on this subject in the JMP Help.

Multiple control charts with user defined K value where the number and names of the Y variables are unknown

I'm trying to write a robust script that will allow the user to specify a Sigma K value and select Y columns from a list of all the continuous columns and create the L-J charts for each and save the limits to a tall data table. How to filter to show last n items/values?

Let's use the Semiconductor Capability sample data table for context. Column lot_id has 13 levels.
Say I want to IMR control chart the last lot only or only the last 5 lots in the data table. Hello, I am running a PCA on an NMR dataset that contains some missing values. This isn't due to an error—it's simply the nature of the data, as some samples do not show certain peaks.
