After you enter your JMP Profile credentials, you will see a link to the “JMP Subscription Installer Download.”
Select the appropriate operating system.
After the download, you’ll find the installer in your Downloads folder. Double-click the installer to launch it.
Windows users will be asked to either Modify, Repair, or Remove JMP. Choose Repair.
For Mac users, the installation will overwrite your existing JMP subscription install.
When you first launch JMP 17, you will be prompted to activate again. Your previously purchased activation code should be pre-filled in the dialog. If not, you can get this code from the Software Licensepage.
