I need check Wafer maps every day and update data table for wafer signature manually. Although most of info is already available in my data table still need to input all info manually.
What is the improvement you would like to see?
We got an option in Graph builder as below : Rows > Name Selection in Column
Name Selection Window allow to input a Column Name in Top Field and category name in Mid Field (Selected) and Bottom Field Field (unselected). I need keep updating the Existing file which already have these values. Together with manually inputting values in these field, I would like to have an option to populate the column names available in data table as drop down list in Column Name (Top Field) to select one of the interested one. In Mid field (Selected), populate the available category from data table under selected column name.
If this feature could be available next to Wafer Map that will be extremely helpful. Like a check box next to every maps in Graph Builder grid and manually click some maps check boxes and allow the same feature to work as described above.
Why is this idea important?
I need check Wafer maps and update data table for signature.
This will allow me to reduce manually updating data table every day and reduce manual error occurs during inputting values in Name Selection in Column Window.
