We do appreciate crash reporting from our customers and ask that you provide your JMP version and license information as part of your description of the problem (please include a brief description of this issue in the subject header of your email as well).  Regarding your license information: Your JMP Serial or Site Number can be found by selecting "Help > About JMP" if you are on a PC, or "JMP > About JMP" if you are on a Mac.
