Enhance slider functionality

add more features to the slider object:

• set the step size at initialization to enable new features like:
  • use the keyboard up/down arrow keys to change the value
  • alternative:
    increase and decrease the value via buttons on the screen (that can be enabled via context menu)
• Slider with automatically included Number edit Box

  not new: Combined and Connected Number Edit Box and Slider Box
