Ability to change the numeric format of the line of fit equation (and any other numeric value) in Graph Builder natively and/or via jsl

My apologies for marking this "In Development" earlier. Labels on bars and elsewhere can now be formatted in Graph Builder. Modifying the format for the equation for a Line of Fit has not been implemented in JMP 16.
