two-way (or full factorial) repeated measures ANOVA with Block

Good afternoon,

I would like to know if with JMP 14 is it possible to perform the Two-way (or full factorial) repeated measures ANOVA with blocks.

When I perform random effects (for blocks) and I perform MANOVA I get error message:" Random effects are not supported by MANOVA".

How can I perform this test with JMP 14?
Thank you for any help you can provide me.

"MANOVA" refers to multiple response variables, not multiple independent variables.  From your description, it sounds like you are using the wrong platform.  Use Fit Model with random effects as needed.

Re: two-way (or full factorial) repeated measures ANOVA with Block

Thank you so much for your answer.
The experimental design that I have is a full factorial: factor A (2 levels) and factor B (3 levels) and I have 3 blocks (in each block the factors are completely randomized).
At regular intervals of 15 days I get some measurements.
With this experimental design, how can I perform repeated measures anova with JMP?
Thank you

Laura
