is there any way I can do text to columns in JMP as in excel

If you are referring to Excel's ability to read in delimited text files, JMP can do the same thing.  Click on File > Open and select Files of type: Text Files (*.txt; *.csv; *.dat; *.tsv).  Your best bet is to use the option Data with preview.  This will bring up a screen allowing you to specify all kinds of options, such as fixed width fields or delimited, the delimiter to use (if delimited fields), end of field character, etc.

There'a .jmpmenu file version of it.

Make Columns from Text

It's a .jmpmenu file. You'll need to use Edit->Customize->Menus and Toolbars and then use the red triangle menu to "Import Menu Archive".

When i insert the jmpmenu in JMP 8..i get the following error 

Error in menu file.  Error: Unable to insert into menu.  Unable to find menu: EXTRAS
