test data STDF to dispay units

i have an stdf file  from test data  im able to extract a limits table from the file. but i do not have units. 

 any idea how to get the test limits units from the stdf files ??

Hi,

 

Chris here from Spry Software.  What data type are you using?  For Parametric QuickLoad normally reads the limits from the STDF into Column Info, Units.  For Test Summary they should go in the "Unit" column.
