pairwise comparisons repeated measures MANOVA?

ContentMachine2
Level I

Hi all,

Using MANOVA for repeated measures, is there a way to get pairwise results from the different levels of a model effect (analogous to how the post-hoc student's |t| and tukey's HSD can do in the least squares models)?

Alternatively, is there a simpler way other than to drop-out a model effect level (i.e. 'hide and exclude') and rerun the model in order determine the relative effects of the different levels?

using JMP 17.

Re: pairwise comparisons repeated measures MANOVA?

Hi @ContentMachine2

why not try using the mixed model approach? i would start here: https://community.jmp.com/t5/JMP-Add-Ins/Full-Factorial-Repeated-Measures-ANOVA-Add-In/ta-p/23904
there you can get all the different contrasts you like and i find it more intuitive for testing.

let us know if it works.
