Partial Least Squares - Baltic example

Dear from JMP,

About the Baltic PLS example (https://www.jmp.com/support/help/en/18.0/index.shtml#page/jmp/example-of-partial-least-squares.shtml...). I am trying to "RUN" the script to calculate the new observation, but I don´t no how to do. I already try to follow this guide (https://support.sas.com/documentation/onlinedoc/stat/131/pls.pdf) and doesn't work.

So, my question is, after "run" the script where the results of the predicted values of lines EM 17 and 18 will apear?

Thank you,

Best regards,

Lucas.

Re: Partial Least Squares - Baltic example

One option is to save the prediction formula back to the table (there are different prediction formulas you can save)

Then you will see the predictions in newly created columns.

You can also enable profiler

And set the values to profiler from your table (or input them manually)

Or combine both with (note which columns are being used in the prediction columns)

Thank you @jthi

Now I can see the results at the and of the table (the last tree lines).

3.14; 0.66; 60.53;
2.50; 0.30; 80.65;
-0.44; 1.49; 67.44;
