PDF Import Wizard in JMP19 not working or only changed behavior?

It used to be I dragged and dropped pdf files directly into JMP 18 and earlier versions to import them. Now,

• when I drag and drop a pdf into JMP 19, nothing happens
• when I try opening a pdf via File > Open, nothing happens

What has changed? (And why?)

JMP Help still lists the PDF Import Wizard, but it doesn't tell us how to access it.

Morning @Ressel ,

I just did an import of a table from a pdf, using drag and drop from a windows folder into JMP, and it worked as in previous versions. If the classic "restart JMP/your computer" doesn't resolve it for you, I'd recommend you contact Tech Support ([email protected]).

It's possible the pdf file is at fault. Although, I can't see how, for now. Hence the case nr.

Issue fixed by opening pdf file and using "save as" to create new file version. Thanks JMP Tech Support!
