Multiple Data Filtered in a column

Hi guys, would really appreciate your help. 

I have thousands of data in a column that i imported from excel. These column data has a mixture of 2 names and about 7 different label numbers. I have filter out the other names which i do not want and "hide and exclude". Now i am stuck with how do i categorized these 7 different numbers under this one name. I will need to do graph builder after all these is done. Please help an out an intern here, much thanks!

Have you tried Recode platform?

• Using JMP > Enter and Edit Your Data > Restructure Data 
  • Using JMP > Enter and Edit Your Data > Restructure Data > Recode Data in a Column
