Methods to add items (not in excel chart) into a table

Hello~

I use a JMP trial version.

I want to add items (not in excel chart) into a table. Specifically, I want to make new columns just like excel. Somebody help me.. Thx:)

There are multiple ways to add a column. Most obvious way is to go to the Cols menu and choose New Column.

I suspect there is more to your question. Please explain further if this does not answer your question. 

As a new user, look under the Help menu and look at the Beginner's Tutorial. That should help you get started.
