JSL Debugger Won't Launch

Whenever I try and launch the JSL Debugger (from JMP 10 - not Pro) I get a note saying:

Time out encountered attempting to connect to the JSL Debugger GUI

Do I need to connect to an external server to launch the JSL Debugger?

Thanks for the post. So, I'm not alone in this case.

 

Sometimes I have this issue, and some not. 

And I'm now using JMP 16.

I have created Wish List item hoping that I could disable debugger completely because it will lock-up JMP in these cases for a long timeAdd preference to disable JSL Debugger completely  (also contacted JMP support today regarding this).
