How to resolve my jmp authentication error

After the program runs, a pop-up will appear asking you to enter your mail for my jmp authentication.
I want to type in my mail, but it doesn't change to the next screen.
Does anyone know a solution?

Is this JMP 18?

You may contact JMP Technical Support (support@jmp.com).

Usually, it is the email of the jmp license holder.
