How to preserve or recreate Combined Prediction Profiler color shading?

If I run the Fit Modelplatform, the "Combined Prediction Profiler" in the resulting Fit Group has pink shadings that indicate the factor's importance. Now I save the Fit Group, either using Save As, or using Save Script>To data table.

If I close, then re-open the files, and either open the saved Fit Group or re-run the saved script, the Prediction Profiler has now lost the shading.

Why? It's very frustrating. How can I get the shading back without having to manually re-run the model fit?

Hello @TheDude,

I cannot seem to replicate this, can you share a screenshot of the combined prediction profiler you refer to?

Sorry, I can't share a screenshot as it contains proprietary data.

I think there is a way to bring back the color shading manually, but at the moment I can't recall how to do it. I will post it here if I find it.

Can you perform the same analysis on one of the same data sets supplied with JMP, available under Help > Sample Data?
