How to change phase label orientation on IMR chart

I have a IMR chart with phased by material used. is it possible to change label orientation to vertical.

It is not possible. The phase labels are created using a graphics 'frame box.' The frame box does not have the same functionality as an 'axis box.' You can modify the orientation of the labels in an axis.
