Help with Percentile in JMP- numbers are not matching up with Excel

I have this formula in Excel: =IF(COUNT($E:$E)=0,"",FIXED(PERCENTILE($E:$E,0.9),I15,TRUE()))

My JMP formula is only giving me numbers >10 however my excel is giving >100.

I have attached both my files on these. Thanks!

JMP's Col Quantile function matches Excel's Percentile.exc function. According to Microsoft, the Percentile function is only included for backwards compatability. When I changed your Excel file to the newer .exc version, I got the same answers in both Excel and JMP.
