Fisher non-parametric permutation analysis

Hi, has anyone used this statistic test (fisher's non-para permutation) in JMP?

I am not familiar with a test by this name. Are you perhaps referring to Fisher's Exact Test? Maybe some more details on what you are trying to do would allow the community to be more helpful.

Hi, this is the statistics chosen by the statisticians we collaborated with for one of our clinical studies. I am not a statistician myself, so I wonder if I can re-run the analysis with this method using JMP.

 

I don't think it is the same as Fisher's Exact.
