Encounter the warning message “JMP Pro Access Violation Error” and functions disappear

I'm using JMP pro 16.1.0. While using it, I then received the warning message "JMP Pro Access Violation Error" after that program shutdown itself immediately. When I open the program back, I reallize that some functions are disappear i.e., fit model step wise.

Another observation is that the license becomes expire eventhough I updated it before. Whenever I successfully update the license and close the software, when I open the license will be expire again. and the function has never appear back.

There was no access violation, so what could be the reason this warning appear? Is there any quick solution to fix this?

see @pmroz answer in JMP 15 Pro asks for license every time I open it .

 

If it isn't the "run as administrator" part, tech support can help.

 

If JMP offers to send in a crash report for the original problem, the development team will use it to track down the bug, thanks!
